Tramping Himalaya Adventures (P) Ltd, a leading and fully Government registered adventure company of Nepal, as well members of all department and organizations related to Tourism Industry in Nepal or International, the company run with homely environment offering tremendous services of friendly and warm hospitality from the beginning to and end of your holiday with us.
Tramping Himalaya Adventures accepts your booking making sure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions which helps and supports you to plan your expected trips with us, in which case there won’t be any misunderstanding between you and the company.
Completing through our terms and conditions with various trips of your choice where we have our norms and policy with important and necessary guidelines which makes you feel secure assuring you also what to expect during the trek and tours before you plan your holidays with us.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:
After reading through our terms and conditions with guidelines, then you can make plan for your chosen trips and start booking a trip with us by sending Tramping Himalaya Adventures (P) Ltd.
A form filled with full details of your passport and of the trip chosen with 30 % as nonrefundable amount from the chosen trip.
On receiving details of your passport with scanned or photo-copy, along with booking forms, and then the company will send you a confirmation with a receipt of the deposit received.
Regarding direct deposit to our bank accounts and as well for Credit Card payment which we accept Visa or Master Card with extra 04 % levy surcharge will be added on top of the trip cost payment.
TRAVEL & MEDICAL INSURANCE:
We strongly suggest that you obtain Travel and Medical insurance against unforeseen circumstances and situation that might arise during your trips which should include immediate rescue and evacuation by any means of transportation including Helicopter to transfer the victims to nearest hospitals and medical centers.
In this situation of emergency evacuation, where your medical bills and transportations services of Heli or other means will be directly to be paid by you or by your insurance company, where Tramping Himalaya Adventures will issue a strong letter of the incidents, so that you claim from your concern insurance agents.
Sometimes, you insurance company will directly with the company and pays the expenses accordingly as per the situations and conditions of the victims and their valued clients.
TRIP BOOKING, CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES:
Trip cancellation to be informed within two weeks and minimum of Ten Days prior to your arrival in Nepal and must be made in writing.
Cancellation shall be valid only after notice has been received by Responsible Trek. The Trip will be termed as canceled with cancellation charge of 30 % which will be deducted from the advance payment.
There will be no refund that provides CANCELLATION NOTICE less than Ten Days, and if one quits or leaves from the going and chosen trip for any reason whatsoever purpose, either voluntarily or involuntarily, where the company will not entertain with refund or reimburse for the incomplete trip days.
If a person prevented from traveling by any circumstance or reasons, for examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to respective tour chosen and accepted.
Nepal Entry Visa and Valid Passport: All clients must have a valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal or from your home country at Nepal Embassy or from Consulates.
Payment on Booking: You can make the payment either by wire transfer or credit card.

Risk and Liabilities: All Nepal trips conducted under a strict rules and regulations of the Nepal Tourism Board. Where Tramping Himalaya Adventures (P) Ltd. will not be liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the respective country of travel, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, etc.
Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Postpone of the Trip: Sometimes on booking a trip with us, you might be compelled to cancel or postpone the trip of your choice, where in this case a written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
Minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.
Incomplete Tour: Tramping Himalaya Adventures (P) Ltd will not entertain a person for incomplete journey and trips with us,, with no refunds or compensation in case of breaking in between tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.
Unforseen Circumstances: If the trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, where we will try to reroute or arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip will be not the one you choose, your money will not go in vain or worthless.
Your Personal Belongings: The company will not be liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property during trekking and tour, they are at your own risk.
During Tour and Trekking: Some person in the group or individual travelers might be a great pain with negative attitude and if one commit any unlawful act during treks and tour which compels you to leave Nepal, and the company will not be able to refund you the amount paid in such circumstances.
ECO FRIENDLY AND TOURISM:
Tramping Himalaya Adventurers strongly committed regarding Eco and Responsible Tourism where we make sure that the areas of trekking on route and camps-lodge or in tour, that rubbish and litters are disposed properly at designated sites.
Respecting local culture and following the rules as per the village norms as well conserving and protecting the pristine environment from destructions and as well supporting the farm and rural villages with information on hygiene, safe path and deforestations and the local schools with financial aid, through the money that we save for such charity to help and support the remote poor villages to uplift the standard of living.
TAKING PHOTOS:
Taking photo’s around Nepal is all right, but if you take photo of a person and children’s please ask your guide or request the person with your smiley positive attitude, taking photos of some projects-army or police camps are not allowed, in this case ask your guide regarding this matter.
The company might use photo of being you in the pictures sometimes to promote the business through brochure-websites or in Face Book, in this case please bear with us where there should be no misunderstanding between you and the company. As the picture used will be from the tour and treks while being with us and the company will hold the right, regarding this conditions the company will offer you a holiday in Nepal at special discount price for you.
TRAMPING HIMALAYA ADVENTURES GRADING SYSTEMS:
Leisure tours and scenic rafting or walking trips: For any physically fit of all ages with sound health, these trips involves short walking days of few hours and more of tour with scenic drives at places of interest.
The whole trip goes from one day to a week as per the trip chosen on trek or scenic tour, on Rafting on gentle and mild rafting rivers for a day or 2 days.
Moderate Trips: For any physically fit of all ages that have done normal walk and with sound health.
These trips involve few ups and downs and the length of trekking will be from 4-5 hours walk every day with few rest or breaks in between. The whole trip goes from a day to 8 days or more as per the trip chosen.
Adventurous Trips: For physically fit person of all ages with sound health who have done moderate to vigorous walk or activity before or at present. These type of trekking involves long ups and downs and the length of walking will be from 6 - 8 hours every day with rest and break in between. The whole trip goes from a week to two weeks or more in the high altitude.
Adventurous and Challenging: This trip is for hardy people who have done previous long high hills or mountainous trekking in the Himalaya region or anywhere in rough terrains, this trip involves walking in snow and ice conditions sometimes and encountering high of over 5,000 meters passes, as for moderate people can join on this type of trips as long they are super physically fit and a mind with positive and determinations.
What's included in the package service:
All Arrival and Departure transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa with our staff to pick you up on arrival and at departure.
Guided sightseeing tours in Kathmandu as per chosen trip itinerary with applicable entrance fees.
Twin sharing accommodation at 3-4 star standards hotel in Kathmandu on Bed / Breakfast basis (Unless booked for Single Room Supplement)
